Welcome to Regal Yachting RYM Inc. ("Marina"). By booking and using our short-term docking services, you ("Boater") agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
1. BEFORE ENTERING MARINA CALL VIA VHF CHANNEL 23 TO CONFIRM WITH DOCK MASTER
2. IT’S CREW RESPONSIBILITY TO ESCORT INTOXICATED PEOPLE OFF THE PROPERTY WITH HELP OF MARINA EMPLOYEES
3. SEVERE WEATHER POLICY - THE MARINA MAY TEMPORARILY SUSPEND SERVICES DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER AND BOATERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING THEIR VESSELS IN CASE OF STORMS
4. Liability Disclaimer
- The Marina is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of vessels, personal property, or injuries sustained on the premises.
- The Boater assumes full responsibility for their vessel, passengers, and personal belongings.
5. Booking and Payment
- Payment must be made in advance through the online booking system.
- All bookings are non-refundable, including cancellations or no-shows.
- The maximum docking duration is 20 minutes. Boaters must vacate their dock space promptly at the end of the reserved time. Additional fees may apply for overstays.
6. Vessel Compliance and Safety
- Any damage to Marina property, including docks, pilings, and pedestals, must be reported and paid for by the Boater.
- The Marina is not liable for theft, vandalism, or weather-related damage.
7. Conduct and Environmental Responsibility
- Loud music, disruptive behavior, or disorderly conduct is prohibited.
- Repairs, maintenance, or unauthorized activity while docked are strictly prohibited.
- Dumping oil, fuel, or waste into the water is strictly prohibited.
- Any oil, gas, or diesel spillage will result in a penalty charge or fine at the Marina’s discretion.
8. Service Interruptions and Check-In
- Vessels must contact the Dock Master directly via VHF radio to request entry – calls or texts will not be accepted.
- Late arrivals do not extend the reserved time slot.
- If any guests are late or missing, the vessel must exit the Marina and wait to be called back in via VHF radio.
- Exceeding the booking period may result in additional charges or vessel removal.
- Overnight docking of vessel storage is not permitted.
- The Marina reserves the right to refuse service to any Boater violating rules or posing a safety risk.
9. Pet Policy
- Pets must remain on a leash and be supervised at all times.
- Owners must clean up after their pets.
- The Marina is not responsible for pet-related incidents.
10. Navigation and Safety
- The Marina operates within a strict No Wake Zone, and violators may be fined.
- Boaters are responsible for maintaining safe speeds and following posted navigation rules.
11. Agreement Confirmation
- By booking online, users confirm they have read and agreed to all Terms and Conditions.
- Boaters waive the right to claim ignorance of the rules.
- By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
